Privacy policy

This policy covers the Pyre AI Feedback Chrome extension and the feedback features it connects to in PyreOS. Pyre AI is a brand of Steal My Agency LLC. The extension lets clients and team members pin comments to a web page, send a screenshot, and follow replies and resolutions.

Information used by the extension

• Account information: your name, email address, account role, and linked client or workspace identify you and determine which feedback you can access.
• Authentication: a sign-in code connects the extension to PyreOS. The extension stores a revocable feedback access token locally. It does not receive your PyreOS password or a general-purpose PyreOS login session.
• Feedback: comments, replies, status changes, timestamps, the selected client, and information about the point you select on a page, including its position, element selector, tag, and a short text excerpt.
• Page information: the URL and title of the page where you activate feedback. The URL can include query parameters. While feedback mode is active, the page URL is sent to PyreOS to find existing notes for that page.
• Screenshots: clicking a spot in feedback mode captures the visible tab for your draft. When you send the note, its screenshot is uploaded to PyreOS. Screenshots can include information visible on that page, so check the page before submitting.
• Technical information: browser and operating system, user-agent string, viewport dimensions, pixel ratio, and extension version accompany feedback to help reproduce issues. Requests also reach our hosting infrastructure with their IP address; the connection endpoint uses it for rate limiting.

When collection happens

The extension uses Chrome's activeTab permission when you click its toolbar icon or use its shortcut. It does not request access to your complete browsing history. Its automatic content script runs only on supported app.pyreai.com pages to connect your account. It periodically checks PyreOS for unread feedback replies.

Comments and screenshots are sent when you choose Send. Browsing a site without activating the extension does not enable its feedback overlay or screenshot capture. Chrome's own protected pages, including the Web Store and browser settings, cannot be annotated.

How information is used and shared

We use extension data to authenticate you, deliver and display feedback, keep pins aligned with the page, notify the team of feedback activity, and diagnose reported issues. Feedback is available to authorized people in the relevant PyreOS client or workspace.

Vercel and Supabase provide application hosting, database, and file storage. Where a workspace uses Slack notifications, feedback text, author and client names, page context, and links may also be posted to its configured team channel. Those providers process information to deliver these features.

We do not sell extension user data, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility. We do not transfer extension data for purposes unrelated to the feedback features described here.

Storage, security, and retention

The access token, account details, client selections, and display preferences are stored locally in Chrome. The extension restricts its local storage to trusted extension contexts; website scripts do not receive the token. Network communication with PyreOS uses HTTPS, and server-side access checks restrict feedback to authorized accounts.

Submitted feedback is kept in PyreOS until it is deleted by an authorized user or removed through a data request, subject to necessary legal and security retention. Resolving a note does not delete it. Uninstalling or disconnecting the extension does not delete feedback already submitted. Copies in a workspace's Slack and provider backups may have separate retention rules.

Your controls

You can turn off feedback mode, sign out from the extension's options, revoke a browser under Connected browsers in PyreOS, or uninstall the extension. Authors and authorized team members can delete feedback through PyreOS. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact neil@pyreai.com.
